Please read these terms carefully before using the app. By continuing, you agree to the conditions described below.

Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Pass Citizenship Test Canada (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including questions, explanations, design, and graphics, is the property of the App developer or used under license. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without express permission.

Subscriptions and Purchases

  • Payments: Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase managed via the Apple App Store.
  • Refunds: All financial transactions are handled by Apple. To request a refund, you must contact Apple Support directly.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing or subscription models at any time.

Pass Guarantee & Refund Policy

Nature of Guarantee

Our "Pass Guarantee" is a symbolic commitment to the quality of our educational material. It does not constitute a financial insurance policy or a direct legal obligation for an immediate cash refund from the Developer.

Refund Process

Since all financial transactions are processed and managed exclusively by the Apple App Store, the Developer does not have the technical ability to issue direct refunds. Users seeking a refund under the "Pass Guarantee" must follow Apple's official refund protocol at reportaproblem.apple.com. The final decision regarding any refund rests solely with Apple Inc.

Eligibility for Support

To be eligible for a "Pass Guarantee" support claim (such as a free extension of Premium features), a user must provide:

  • Evidence of 100% completion of all Practice Sets and Mock Exams within the App with a score of at least 90% in each.
  • An official notification of failure from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) dated within 30 days of the request.
  • The request must be sent from the email address associated with the purchase.

Limitation: The "Pass Guarantee" is void if the user did not complete the entire study plan or if the failure was due to non-attendance, lack of English/French proficiency, or other factors unrelated to the App's content.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to failing the official citizenship exam.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada.
